    • Performance: Ensure everyone is given targets and provided the help needed to exceed them.
  • Sales:
    • Ensure Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) sales targets are hit.
    • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, leading to high customer retention.
  • Volunteers:
    • Ensure monthly acquisition targets are hit.
    • Ensure the highest level of volunteer satisfaction, leading to high Monthly Active Usage (MAU).
  • Building the brand and value creation:
    • Ensure we remain the dominant player in our market. 
    • Build extensive partnerships with Education Providers, Accelerators, Tech Hubs and Investors.
    • Ensure a high level of content on the website to educate our market.
    • Become a thought leader.
  • Product:
    • Bug-free with the highest standard in usability, with a beautifully crafted product.
    • Extend the product to provide recruitment, management and extract performance from 100 volunteers per customer.
  • Global presence:
    • Become truly global and accessible in every country.
    • Have regional teams penetrate regional markets.
  • Risk and governance:
    • Mitigate against all major risks.
    • Ensure the highest level of governance.
    • Be known for transparency, honesty and approachability.
  • AI and automations:
    • Leverage safely.
    • Automate as much as possible.
    • Co-exist with humans.
    • Be the last resort for humans.
  • Equal treatment:
    • We will remain our most demanding and our best customer.
    • We will not have any additional features that our customers do not have access to (except Admin).
